PrivateThe project redeveloped an office building transforming it into a small accommodation facility with three suites, designed taking care of every detail. The division of the rooms was very important in order to be able to design confortable and optimized living area in the space available. We obtain a double room and two triple rooms all with very large and bright ensuite bathrooms. To differentiate the rooms while maintaining a coherent language, we chose to use the color of the walls and ceilings combined with a bathroom covering with great personality.
The result is environments that combine the elegance and tradition typical of the property in which the structure is inserted with some pop-modern elements. An important renovation was also carried out on the services, both from the point of view of air conditioning and that of the home automation system for remote management and control to allow efficient management of the structure.
The acoustic analisis of all the vertical partitions and openings guaranteed the insulation and privacy performance required for these accommodation facilities.
